Perhaps it was a blessing when hurricane Ike held together enough to give hurricane force winds in the Cincinnati area on Sunday which produced the largest blackout in the history of the area. Perhaps it was also a blessing when Duke Energy could not restore power to the UAW local where I was to begin teaching [...] I took both the CIW Foundations and the CIW Site Designer exams this morning. I passed both! The Foundations exam I did not need to take for school, because they gave me transfer credit for it, but I took it anyway because I wanted to get a specific CIW certification, and it was required for that. [...] I attended the University of Michigan – Flint campus to obtain my Bachelor’s degree in Biology. I graduated in December 1996 with the B.S. in Biology, minors in Computer Science and Math with an emphasis on Secondary Education. In other words, I wanted to be a Science Teacher. When I was attending I had [...] I really enjoy watching Supernatural. Today I received the third season on DVD from Amazon.com. I immediately popped it into my DVD player and went to the gag reel – a feature that I absolutely love to see on DVD’s.
