I have the next week off from teaching classes. I plan to spend it studying and working on a couple of projects for work. Before I came home last night from Cincinnati, one of my friends there asked what my plans were for my “time off”. When I replied study and work, she was suprised. Today, [...] Well, yesterday and today saw the end of the 3 week computer classes that I was teaching in Cincinnati. I now have a week off from teaching, although I’ll be busy getting other things done for Gradepoint. I actually remembered to pass out the course evaluations this time. It was the first time in about a [...] People who know me know that I normally don’t swear. But I am just beside myself right now. There are 2 classes that I need to finish by Aug 31 for by Bachelor’s program – RUA1 and RUA2. I have received notification that I passed RUA2 – that happened on Tuesday. For RUA1 there are 2 [...] Well, I have resubmitted the 2 returned tasks and now have submitted my final essay for grading. So, for the moment I’m done. Of course, I might not be – they might decide that I need to re-do the assignments again. I really hope that doesn’t happen, but we’ll see. I’m fairly certain the graders don’t [...] Well, I’m down to having 3 tasks left to complete for the RUA1 RUA2 classes. For RUA1, I’ve had 2 tasks returned for more work – I just resubmitted them. I honestly don’t know what they want for one of the tasks as I thought I answered everything the way it should have been answered. [...] The computer classes that I teach started again this last week. The first week of class is always hectic, and this time was no exception. I’ve also been working hard on my college classes to get those done. Currently, for one class I have 7 of 9 tasks complete and passed. The 9th task is complete [...] Ok, so my life this week has essentially revolved around school – specifically these tasks that I need to complete for the RUA1 and RUA2 classes. It’s my own fault really for procrastinating so much. However, of the 9 tasks for RUA1, I have been graded on 4 of them (passed all) and have submitted 2 [...] Well, I now have the grades back on 4 of the 9 tasks for RUA1. I passed each task. Yeah! I just submitted task 5 – a 2 page paper!. Now I am going to work on Task 6 which involves among other things looking back at task 1 and writing a one page [...] Why oh why did I do this to myself? I knew this would happen – so why didn’t I do something about it before now? Egads – I’ve got to get better about these things. Next week I start teaching a 3 week class in Cincinnati. It finishes on August 30. I have a huge database project for [...] I have been working all day (off and on) on a paper for school. The classes that I need to finish before the end of the month are known as RUA1 and RUA2. Each class is composed of “tasks” which each task is writing responses to certain questions after doing some reading. Sounds easy, but it’s [...] |
