I’ve returned from Hawai’i and am finally getting over the jetlag and vacation. Wow, was it wonderful! There were a couple of things that we did, that weren’t too exciting, the island was dirtier than we expected, but overall, it was still a wonderful experience. I’ll post more on that later. Today is Christmas [...] In December 2003, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. The diagnosis came as a shock, even though it really shouldn’t have.
